By using Unchase you agree to these terms.
Unchase is operated by Muhammad Lukman Hakim Abdul Halim, Malaysia.
The service
Unchase lets you create document requests for your clients, share an upload link, receive files into your own Google Drive, and send automated reminders.
Your account and Google Drive
You connect your own Google account and are responsible for it. You can disconnect Unchase at any time. Files are stored in your Google Drive, not by Unchase, and you remain responsible for them.
Your clients’ data
You are responsible for having the right to contact your clients and request their documents, and for how you use what they send you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Unchase to send spam, collect data unlawfully, upload malware, or violate anyone’s rights.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Unchase is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend accounts that breach them. You may stop using Unchase at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
